How billing and usage work
Prices are in USD and billed monthly. Annual billing is not currently available.
Event allowances are shared across an organization's websites and reset on the first day of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC.
Event collection pauses when the allowance is reached. There are no automatic overage charges; upgrade or contact us for a larger allowance.
New organizations receive a 14-day trial with 1 website and 10,000 events per calendar month. No card is needed to start. Choose a paid plan to continue collecting events after the trial.
The first ad spend import starts when you connect an account. Trial and Starter sync every 84 hours (about twice a week); Professional and Enterprise support hourly syncing. Imports depend on platform permissions and availability. Connections count ad accounts, not platform names.
Email support covers product questions and troubleshooting. Managed implementation, custom integrations and guaranteed response times require a separate agreement.
Custom tracking domains require your DNS changes and ONclix provisioning. Retention follows each website's setting; longer retention cannot restore deleted data.
